Passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with gen-next, I am an Adjunct Professor at several law and management schools, teaching contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills, M&A, and corporate laws. Authored books on drafting commercial contracts which are prescribed reference in many top universities and law firms.
