Go to google. This baba provides 100s, 1,000s or even millions of answers to any query that you may put up before it. This is the current trend.
However, nothing is perfect. Nor is an online search for a template, draft or precedent.
Be careful about working on just any draft you get access to. It has to reasonate with the assignment in your hand – the parties negotiating power, timeframe, resources, mindset. manpower, desperation level and so on.
Be resourceful. Expand your resources beyond an online search for any templates – check first within your own database, your office, colleagues, friends, books, etc. Such templates may be more credible and customisable for you to work on.
