How to safeguard different parties interests in NDAs

Safeguarding Confidentiality of sensitive information is one of the most contentious issues in any commercial contract these days, sometimes the most contentious one – so much so, that parties prefer to execute a standalone NDA or a Confidentiality Agreement for the purpose.
